Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with coworkers and clients
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize competing needs
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors, while being responsive to requests and supportive of coworkers
Maintain the lobby, conference rooms, and breakroom to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage mail, faxes, and deliveries
Provide administrative support to teams including Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities Performance, Business Development, and Project Management
Assist with company communications, employee events, and general administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
