About The Position

Eagle Quest is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our administrative team! We’re looking for a warm, reliable receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. Must be bilingual-English and Spanish. You’ll work closely with the administrative department to support our growing team, maintain confidentiality, and help foster a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED - required
  • Ability to keep employee information confidential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to pass FBI and Interstate fingerprint background check as well as CANS (Child Abuse and Neglect) from state registry
  • Previous Administrative and Customer Service experience required!
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Greeting all clients and guests
  • Ongoing upkeep of office space and supplies (storage room, printer areas, breakroom, bathrooms)
  • Sorting, distributing, and sending mail or package
  • Data entry, filing and maintaining records
  • Maintain uniform inventory, place orders a supply
  • Assist with other tasks and audits as requested
  • Monthly inventory supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintains office printers (ink, meter readings, paper filling)
