Job Summary: Provides a prompt and warm greeting to customers and visitors who enter the bank lobby. Determines the purpose of the visit. Directs visitors to a member of the Bank’s staff who can help them. Answers incoming telephone calls in an efficient, pleasant and consistent manner. Determines to whom the caller should be transferred and transfers the call. Is responsible for lobby security and keeping the lobby neat and welcoming at all times.
