About The Position

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of an office.

Requirements

  • High School or AA Degree and interest in the social science field preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greet incoming visitors and follow office protocols.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Professionally distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order and oversee office supplies including food deliveries for group meetings.
  • Maintaining an organize and clean office environment
  • Prepare, organize and process files to go to offsite storage
  • Other assigned duties
