Switchboard Receptionist (Per-Diem)
About The Position
Momentum at South Bay is urgently seeking a per-diem Receptionist to join their team. The ideal Per diem candidate will be available to cover both morning and evening hours, all days of the week, as needed. Experience in a fast-paced work environment. If working with people who are dedicated, compassionate, and concerned about their patients is essential to you, then you'll appreciate being a part of our team. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
- Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
- Ability to organize and ensure the completion of multiple tasks
- Clerical experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long-Term Care preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer and route all incoming calls with a high level of professionalism
- Greet Visitors
- Perform support for all departments
