Responsibilities

Operate a multi-line (24-line) switchboard, managing incoming calls, transfers, and paging with accuracy and professionalism
Greet and assist walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments
Scan, organize, and maintain documents using DocLink Imaging Software
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution
File documents and maintain organized records
Match vendor invoices with supporting documentation
Track and manage open orders
Process orders for thank-you gifts
Enter and maintain accurate contact information in the company database
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
