At Audi Queens our front desk receptionist is more than a greeter — they are the voice and face of our dealership. We're looking for a mature, reliable, and articulate individual who can confidently engage with both walk-in customers and phone callers, accurately route inquiries, and support our sales and service teams with professionalism and poise. Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred (ideally in a dealership, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service setting)
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills — clear, friendly, and composed
  • Confidence in working with a diverse clientele and team
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with multi-line phones, Microsoft Office, and general office systems
  • Dependable, punctual, and polished in appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all dealership guests – in person and over the phone
  • Professionally manage multi-line phone system: route sales and service calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and ensure a seamless caller experience
  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain awareness of dealership floor traffic and help manage customer flow
  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed and assist with internal communications
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support daily operations
  • Maintain a neat, professional reception area
