About The Position

Desert Toyota is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will greet visitors both by phone and in person, provide information, and assist with various departments as needed. We are looking for someone who can represent our company with professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Prior receptionist or hospitality experience is preferred.
Must have a professional and conservative presence with the ability to interact with a select clientele.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Maintain a professional dress code and appearance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to address customer queries or concerns.
Friendly, reliable, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Promptness and reliability are critical for success in this role.
A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

THC will not be included in the screening process.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Answer a multi-line telephone system in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
Route calls to the appropriate department or individual or take thorough messages.
Communicate with callers and visitors efficiently and professionally.
Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate areas within the dealership.
Page employees over the intercom system as needed.
Assist with clerical duties as requested.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
