Role To represent the company in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone and in person, insuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance. Major Duties and Responsibilities Weight 55% Handle initial contact with customers either by phone and or in person directs to the appropriate person or takes messages when necessary. 30% Greets the customer when they come in to the company. Determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate person. 10% Performs designated clerical duties and maintains assigned records, files and reports. 5% Supports overflow needs within the department, as time allows. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
