As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. You'll greet colleagues and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed. You'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle bank deposits, and keep our reception area organized and inviting.
Your role will also include providing administrative support to our Client Service Teams when needed. Every day, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our office and help create a positive environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Knack for clear, professional communication
• Comfortable using technology
• Take pride in working independently
• High school diploma

Nice To Haves

• Open to obtaining an insurance license
• Previous experience in client service management
