About The Position

The Moses Lexus Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and person. The Receptionist will primarily answer phones and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. Requirements
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Straighten guest areas.
- Light paperwork.
- Assist other departments as needed.
