Provides front-line support by greeting guests and managing incoming calls, ensuring individuals are directed to the appropriate staff or department. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks while supporting hospital operations and maintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Delivers excellent customer service in all guest and caller interactions Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking Facilitates the flow of information throughout the hospital in accordance with HIPAA regulations Collaborates with the Business Development and Assessment departments during the patient assessment and admission process Assists with obtaining patient vital signs upon request from the Assessment Department
