As the first point of contact for our organization, this role plays a vital part in setting the tone for both our families and our team. You will often be the calm, steady voice for parents navigating stressful or emotional situations, as well as the nurturing and reliable presence who helps hold the front office together for a team of over 100 therapists. This position also serves as the first line of support for basic technical questions , particularly when parents need help accessing their client portal or mobile app. Comfort with basic troubleshooting—such as identifying incorrect or misspelled email addresses, guiding parents through login steps, or recognizing when an issue needs escalation—is essential. You will be joining a team of dedicated professionals, many of whom have been with our company for over 15 years. We value a calm, supportive, and respectful environment and are looking for someone who naturally fits this culture and appreciates the importance of consistency and care.
