About The Position

The Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, supporting administrative staff, and maintaining a professional front-facing presence for the hospital. This role is essential to the smooth flow of communication and operations within the facility. Requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and use downtime productively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service experience or aptitude required to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the public.
