Essential Job Functions Greet and Assist Visitors Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide assistance to walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Answer Inquiries Respond to general questions regarding services, memberships, and company policies. Handle accounting and billing inquiries accurately and promptly. Process Payments Accept and process payments for services, memberships, and invoices. Ensure proper documentation and receipts for all transactions. Membership Management Assist customers with membership renewals and updates. Maintain accurate records of membership status. Coordinate Deliveries Receive and log incoming deliveries. Notify appropriate staff and ensure timely distribution of packages. Invoice Support Help customers with invoice-related questions. Provide copies or explanations of invoices as needed. Administrative Support Answer and route phone calls to the correct department. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ years of proven success in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Inbound and outbound call volume experience
  • Comfortable with selling our services
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Commitment to company values
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable & punctual attendance
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
