ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, creating a welcoming environment, directing inquiries, and handling general administrative tasks. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area. Support the Workplace Experience Concierge with clerical duties, including data entry, invoicing, and ordering office supplies. Monitor the work order system for badge requests and coordinate with Security to ensure badges are issued in a timely manner. Manage the TRACTION/Sign-In Solutions application on the front desk tablet by keeping employee lists up to date, ensuring guests sign in and out, and sending invitations for large groups to expedite the sign-in process. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. SKILL SETS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, word processing, and scheduling software. Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service–oriented mindset. Prior customer service and/or office-related experience preferred. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
