About The Position

Smith Haven Mazda is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Warranty Administrator to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting our service department and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail, especially with paperwork and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, dealership software experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive dealership or warranty experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Greet customers and assist as needed
  • File and organize service and warranty paperwork
  • Complete loaner vehicle agreements with customers
  • Submit and process warranty claims to the OEM accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with service advisors and management to resolve warranty-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records
