About The Position

You would be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties would include providing support to managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities. In addition, you would serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals; conducting research; and keeping front desk operations running smoothly while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven verbal communication and people skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • PC skills (e.g., Windows, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Expense Reports
  • Greet Visitors/Visitor Check-ins
  • Guest badges assistance/ordering badges
  • Help plan and manage events.
  • AED system Checks ( Acts as back up)
  • General office duties such as filing, faxing, Outlook, and photocopying.
  • Maintains office and kitchen supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
  • Distributes deliveries and handles mail
  • Manages Lost and found
  • New Hire equipment distribution day (if/as needed)
  • Crisis Management Session Planning, Scheduling and Comms
  • Collaboration with IC on companywide events, activities, and communications (as needed)
