About The Position

Bilingual Receptionist / Scheduler We are seeking a full-time bilingual front desk receptionist/scheduler for our front office. We are a fast-growing company that provides specialized home services. Along with our sister companies, we provide the services our customers need for their homes, including house cleaning, pressure washing, interior and exterior painting and much more!

Requirements

  • Bilingual - We are specifically seeking someone who can speak, read and write in English and Spanish
  • Must have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well done
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time, view computer screens for extended periods of time and make repetitive motions
  • Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, customer service and computer proficiency.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clean Background: We perform background checks and drug testing for all employees

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet, check-in and direct visitors.
  • Phone Calls: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; handle general inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Book , confirm and manage appointments for staff and clients.
  • Customer Service: Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, filing and photocopying.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk area.
