Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Reliable transportation/ability to commute to the job location
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume office or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and patience
  • Accurately log customer concerns and service requests in the system
  • Route requests to the appropriate departments with attention to detail
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks
  • Maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment
