We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist and General Administration Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Receptionist and General Administration. As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Receptionist/ General Admin, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers and vendors. This role supports day-to-day office operations, provides administrative support to HR, Operations, and Leadership, and ensures the front office runs smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with company and safety standards. The Receptionist must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality. The Receptionist shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves according to Karman policies and procedures.
