About The Position

Primary job duties and responsibilities: ? Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls, takes accurate messages, and directs calls to the appropriate recipients. ? Manages student and staff attendance records, and prepares related reports as needed. ? Greets and welcomes guests, students, parents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. ? Assists with student and staff inquiries, provides general information, and route inquiries to the appropriate individuals. ? Maintains trusting relationships with suppliers, parents, students, and co-workers. ? Assists in the scheduling of meetings, events, and other school activities for the Director and Assistant Director ? Helps maintain the office calendar. ? Performs data entry and filing tasks. ? Handles all incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries, and distributes it to the appropriate recipients. ? Manages and monitors inventory levels, orders, and receives office supplies, and ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly. ? Performs other clerical tasks as needed. ? Supports extracurricular activities, and the fulfillment of administrative duties as assigned by the school Director. ? Maintains confidentiality concerning all student and staff information and in all professional matters.
