About The Position

Turning Point is currently accepting applications for a PRN Receptionist to work on weekends. Turning Point Receptionists are responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers while directing visitors, answering multiple phone lines, responding to routine questions, and routing calls to other personnel. This position also assists with the coordination of the patient admission process including proper intake call routing, scheduling transportation, and greeting patients upon arrival. Responsible for other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned. This position shift is 8:00am - 4:30pm. There is also some availability for work during the week to cover for routine absences or increased workload, but this position would primarily be scheduled for weekend work. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Three (3) years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service is required; experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
One (1) year experience in a patient care field. Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
Great organizational skills and knowledge of basic office equipment/computers is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Must possess the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced, variable environment and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.

Nice To Haves
