Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player with good attendance, a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and direct guests to the appropriate person
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic Customer Service issues politely and efficiently
• Process customer return requests
• Data entry tasks as assigned
• Assisting vendors, customers & colleagues as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Sort mail and daily deliveries
