You are the welcoming voice and face of City Auto, creating a positive first impression for every person who contacts or walks into our dealership. You skillfully manage inbound and outbound calls, directing inquiries and providing essential information while also greeting customers with a smile and making them feel at ease. Throughout the day, you'll tackle various administrative tasks, from using Microsoft/Excel to keep things organized to preparing temporary tags and ensuring the front office remains clean and presentable. You'll also use the paging system to connect customers with the right team members and manage your Outlook email to keep communication flowing smoothly. City Auto Murfreesboro has been serving car buyers throughout the Mid-South, Middle Tennessee, and Southeast since 1986.
