About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our Princeton office. As the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and visitors, you will play a vital role in supporting our care team and ensuring a welcoming, professional front office environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling nurse assessments and coordinating appointments for new and existing clients.
  • Confirm and remind staff about weekend shift assignments.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
  • Track and manage missed clock-ins and clock-outs from caregivers, following up as needed to ensure timekeeping accuracy.
  • Support client relations by handling queries, providing information, and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist the Human Resources team with onboarding new caregivers, including document collection, training scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Support various office and administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
