The SHM Roadmap must be followed at all times. Role and Responsibilities Basic Function: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The Receptionist is expected to have the switchboard open and operating promptly at 7:30 a.m. and throughout the day until 4:00 p.m.
