The Medical Receptionist primarily supports front desk operations, greeting patients, assisting with check-in and check-out, and maintaining an organized and professional environment. Because front desk coverage is shared between two receptionists, this position also assists with Customer Service Representative (CSR) and administrative tasks during non-front-desk hours. This role requires flexibility, organization, teamwork, and a commitment to patient experience. Cross training in other administrative areas may be required to help maintain efficient clinic operations and continuity of care.
