Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or clerical role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
