About The Position

This highly anticipated concept will feature culinary leadership by Daniel Ontiveros, mixology by Francesco Lafranconi, and a premium, immersive design by Rockwell Group led by David Rockwell. We are now hiring Front of House and Back of House professionals to join a restaurant built on craft, hospitality, and excellence. Position Summary Ensure quality and consistency of, and properly stores, all deliveries. Interacts with fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
  • Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
  • Working environment may include exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
  • Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of receiving procedures, following company standard.
  • Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO).
  • Protects establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.
  • Communicates product needs to the purchaser and chefs.
  • Properly sets-up receiving station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management
  • Review and utilize daily purchase orders
  • Wipes down and keeps receiving areas clean, orderly and sanitized
  • Performs opening side-work as prescribed
  • Performs closing side-work as prescribed
  • Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings (where applicable).
  • Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
  • Properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
  • Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
