About The Position

Lightspeed Restoration of Concord is a NEW community-focused, family-owned and operated business serving the Concord/Pleasant Hill area. We deliver high-quality services in water, fire, and mold remediation—and through our rebuild department, we restore properties fully to pre-loss condition (or better). We’re deeply committed to supporting customers through stressful times and to building a team that wants to grow with us. If you're seeking a hands-on, team-driven company where you can take ownership of projects and lead others, Lightspeed might be the perfect place for you! We are hiring a Rebuild Technician who is highly skilled, dependable, and ready to run jobs independently. This position requires advanced carpentry and finishing abilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision. You will oversee job sites, direct junior technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for customers. You will report directly to the Owner and play a key role in delivering high-quality rebuild projects on time and within budget. Lead residential and commercial rebuild projects after mitigation is complete (once water, mold, or fire damage has already been remediated). Manage job sites, direct team members, and ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and at the highest quality. Provide hands-on skilled labor while also serving as a mentor and leader on site.
