- To be considered for this Real Estate Sales Agent position in San Antonio, TX, it is essential to hold a valid Texas Real Estate License

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to Zillow Preferred Leads , ensuring you connect with potential clients in real-time
- Building your pipeline by staying consistent with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up
- Provide 5-star service and support for all of the clients
- Working with both buyers and sellers from the beginning of their real estate journey to closing and beyond
- Property tours and selection
- Writing and submitting offers
- Negotiating contracts and repairs
- Managing deals from contract to close
