Our team is getting an abundance of live buyer and seller connection calls in Conroe and the surrounding areas. We're looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent who can take on 5-10 new clients per month. Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. Responsibilities

• Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients
• Show homes to interested clients
• Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested
• Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process
• Build relationships with agents in other companies
• Negotiate contracts and transactions
• Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
• Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients
