About The Position

This position is responsible for becoming familiar with the features and benefits of Granville Homes’ properties, presenting, and selling those properties to potential home buyers, and achieving high buyer satisfaction through excellent customer service and follow through along with an understanding of the corresponding market. The Sales Agent will manage client contracts from start to close, ensuring the highest level of customer service in the process.

Requirements

  • CA Real Estate License
  • Three years of real estate sales experience.
  • College degree in journalism, political science, or related degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently, identify and respond to operational needs while maintaining a can-do attitude.
  • Basic computer, data entry skills
  • Polished and professional in demeanor and approach
  • Able to remain calm, focused, positive and cheerful while changing direction and priorities frequently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Real estate sales experience in new home sales

Responsibilities

  • Interview clients to determine what product they are seeking and what best suits their needs, and recommending available options and features
  • Prepare sales contract and monitor its progress through closing.
  • Function as the primary point of contact to the client during their contract, start to close, answering their questions while ensuring high quality customer service
  • Promote sales through open houses and networking.
  • Demonstrates sound understanding and knowledge of the features and benefits of Granville Homes’ properties.
  • Understands sales documents and conditions associated with the sale of a new home.
  • Presents information to potential buyers and closes the sale.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Supports the strategic sales goals and objectives of the company.
  • Establishes and maintains positive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provides improvement suggestions for existing departmental procedures or innovate with new ideas.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, and responds to requests for service and assistance.
  • Effectively communicates customer wants and potential trends.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial ambition.
  • Able to work weekends.
