Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and your community to create long-term referral business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth, memorable transactions.
• Actively pursue new business through networking, referrals, and creative marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with your peers to share insights and strategies — we rise together here.
• Stay on top of local market trends and apply them to serve clients in Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, Berks, Bucks, and Delaware Counties.
• Set measurable goals, seek accountability, and execute your business plan with support from leadership and peers. (We are licensed in PA, MD, and DE — and can also hold NJ licenses for qualified agents).
