About The Position

Manage the existing store portfolio - You will have shared responsibility for developing and executing existing store strategies related to relocations, expansions, renewals and any potential store renovations. Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or restaurant new store rollout
• 3+ years of financial planning and market analysis
• 3+ years of project management in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
• 2+ years of real estate deal-making and negotiations
• Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
