We are seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join the team. This position is within our corporate, in-house legal department, supporting three attorneys, and will report to the Senior Corporate Paralegal. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, board resolutions, and compliance filings; managing entity formations and registrations across multiple jurisdictions; and assisting with due diligence for acquisitions and financings. An ideal candidate will be able to work independently while staying organized. The Real Estate Legal Assistant will also ensure accurate and timely review and execution of all due diligence, real estate closing, and corporate compliance documents. Proofreading and editing abilities are necessary, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, solid knowledge of software solutions, and experience with real estate transactions and/or prior corporate legal experience is preferred.
