About The Position

This unique "Inside Sales Agent - Future Realtor Track" position is designed for aspiring Real Estate Agents who want to enter the industry with a massive head start. The role focuses on mastering the "inner workings" of real estate sales over 6+ months while earning a steady income. During this period, you will build savings, obtain your real estate license (if not already held), and learn to convert leads effectively before transitioning into a full-time Realtor role. As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Growth), you will be the engine of the team, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, creating a world-class impression, and ensuring a continuous flow of leads. Once you have mastered scripts, the CRM, and the local market, and have built a financial cushion, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Realtor on the team.

Requirements

  • Possess a "Grind" Mindset, not afraid of the phone and seeing "no" as one step closer to "yes."
  • Demonstrate Relentless Consistency, understanding that real estate is a game of follow-up and thriving on routine.
  • Exhibit strong Communication Skills, with a confident, clear phone presence and the ability to build rapport with a stranger in under 30 seconds.
  • Be Coachable, willing to practice scripts, role-play objections, and take constructive feedback.
  • Be Organized, capable of managing a high volume of leads without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • Have a Future Focus, with a genuine desire to become a licensed Realtor and a long-term member of the team.
  • Be Tech Savvy, with the ability to quickly learn CRMs (like Follow Up Boss) and communication tools.
  • Be willing to obtain a real estate license within the first 6 months (not required to start).

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, call center, or hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to inbound leads, expired listings, FSBOs, circle dialing, and the team's database.
  • Use proven scripts to uncover client motivations, timelines, and financial readiness.
  • Schedule high-quality consultations for the Agents.
  • Manage all contacts, tagging, and follow-up sequences within the CRM to ensure no lead is overlooked.
  • Track conversion metrics and report on daily/weekly activity goals.
  • Utilize evenings/weekends to complete the WI Real Estate Salesperson course.
  • Attend appointments with team members to learn the "field" side of the business.
  • Build 3-6 months of financial reserves necessary for a successful transition to a commission-only Realtor role.
