Requirements

7-10 years of claims experience, with substantial professional liability experience (minimum of 2 years)
Strong knowledge and experience in handling real estate E&O claims
Background in either a carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) environment is acceptable
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience as an attorney defending real estate agents
Licensure is not required, as you will work under the company license; however, a preferred license is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of up to 120 real estate E&O claims, with a focus on professional liability cases
Handle 50-75% litigated claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process
