Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree or real estate certification a plus.
  • 1-3 years (Analyst I) or 3-5 years (Analyst II) in real estate, corporate real estate, consulting, or finance with demonstrated analytical experience.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with scenario analysis.
  • Comfort with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with lease administration systems and real estate databases.
  • Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present complex analyses simply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio analytics: Maintain and analyze real estate datasets (leases, occupancy, utilization, costs, capital plans) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Financial modeling: Build models for lease vs. buy, renew vs. relocation, and space consolidation, including NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Lease administration: Support abstracting, key date tracking, rent reconciliations, options management, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations.
  • Market research: Collect and synthesize market comps, vacancy rates, rent growth, and economic indicators to guide site selection and negotiation strategy.
  • Space and occupancy planning: Partner with Facilities to align headcount forecasts, utilization data, and workplace standards with near- and long-term space needs.
  • Transaction support: Prepare analyses and materials for renewals, dispositions, acquisitions, and subleases; assist with RFPs and broker engagement.
  • Budgeting and reporting: Support annual operating and capital budgets for real estate and facilities; build dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
  • Risk and controls: Monitor critical lease dates, holdover exposure, landlord compliance, and contractual obligations; maintain data accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Stakeholder communication: Present insights and recommendations to Real Estate leadership, Finance, and cross-functional partners in clear, actionable formats.
  • Process improvement: Streamline workflows and automate reporting to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility across the portfolio.
  • Travel arrangements: Coordinate end-to-end travel for site visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings, including booking transportation and lodging, managing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies; prepare and reconcile expense reports promptly.
  • Facilities administration: Support day-to-day facilities operations across locations, including work order intake and triage, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance schedules, service-level tracking, occupancy and move coordination, and documentation of building systems and site standards.
