Requirements

  • Licensed in PA, MD, and DE, with the ability to hold a NJ license for qualified agents

  • Ready for proven structure, systems, and strategy — and done relying on guesswork or inconsistent results.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients and within the community that generate consistent, referral-driven business.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to buyers and sellers, guiding them through a smooth, well-executed, and memorable real estate experience.
  • Proactively generate new business through intentional networking, referrals, and thoughtful, creative marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with like-minded professionals to exchange ideas, sharpen skills, and elevate performance — success here is shared, not siloed.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and apply that insight to better serve clients across Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, Berks, Bucks, and Delaware Counties.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and execute a structured business plan with accountability, coaching, and support from leadership and peers.
