Requirements

Colorado Real Estate License (or actively working towards one)

Commission split conditions: Your first SOI transaction is a 50/50 split.
Commission split conditions: For the next seven deals you complete, the split will be 70/30.
Commission split conditions: After completing your first SOI transaction plus an additional seven deals, your split will be 90/10 for life. This split does not reset annually.
