Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to one real estate agent
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and client follow-ups
  • Assist with transaction coordination from contract to close
  • Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and real estate documents
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
  • Update CRM and manage lead follow-up
  • Schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings
  • Provide weekend support when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
