Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (Onsite) General Summary: Under the direction of the executive assistant, administrative supervisor, Investments, perform diverse and advanced administrative support for State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) Investments department focusing on the Real Estate asset class.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years’ administrative experience in an office environment required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.

Nice To Haves

  • College-level course work with emphasis in business preferred.
  • Notary Public preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate document signing with witnesses and a notary and manage the accurate and timely distribution of the completed documents.
  • Coordinate Real Estate Investment Committee meetings and Real Estate Conference meetings, including correspondence and materials.
  • Maintain SharePoint by uploading lease documents, adding and removing properties, and adding tenant names as needed.
  • Manage physical and digital files in accordance with the STRS Ohio Retention Policy.
