We’re looking for a standout Office Administrator to anchor our office in Ketchum, ID (30 - 40 hours per week) — the kind of person who people trust instantly, agents rely on daily, and clients remember long after they leave. You’ll support driven agents, partner closely with leadership, and help deliver an experience that feels less like “real estate” and more like white-glove, concierge-level care . Phones, texts, emails, walk-ins — you handle it all with warmth, confidence, and precision. Requirements

  • You’re a natural helper
  • You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and solve problems calmly, even when things are moving fast
  • You show up with confidence, polish, and a can-do attitude that lifts the room instead of draining it
  • You’re great at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball — organized, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure
  • You’re comfortable and capable with technology, especially Microsoft Office and Google Drive , and you learn new systems quickly
  • You bring at least two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or a similar people-facing role where excellence mattered

Responsibilities
