Advise clients on purchasing and selling residential investment properties and small commercial assets Analyze opportunities using key investment metrics (cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, exit strategy) Guide investors through pricing, underwriting, negotiation, due diligence, and closing Communicate market conditions, financing considerations, and risk factors clearly and professionally Collaborate with in-house property management and investment leadership to support client outcomes Manage client communications through our CRM

Requirements

  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Strong understanding of: Investor behavior and decision-making, Short- and long-term investment strategies, and Generational Wealth Strategies
  • Knowledge of the Atlanta Metro real estate market.
  • Ability to discuss rates of return, cash flow, comparative asset analysis, and economic conditions in practical, client-friendly terms
  • High professional standards, sound judgment, and a long-term advisory mindset
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and colleagues
