Real Estate Acquisitions Associate WhiteWater Express Car Wash — Houston, TX | Full-Time | On-Site| $70k-$80K Help Decide Where We Grow Next WhiteWater Express is a rapidly growing company, and this role sits at the center of our expansion strategy. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you’ll help identify and evaluate new locations that will become future sites — combining data, market insights, and relationship-building to drive smart growth. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, analytics, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools
- Clear communication and ability to work across teams
- Interest in commercial real estate and growth strategy
Nice To Haves
- GIS or mapping tools experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, demographics, traffic patterns, and trade areas to identify high-potential sites
- Evaluate competitors and market trends to support expansion decisions
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners
- Support deal progression, negotiations, and site approvals with senior leadership
- Prepare financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams
- Track pipeline activity and present insights to leadership
