About The Position

Real Assets Italy manages Private Debt and Private Equity Funds investing primarily in Italy. We are currently looking for a VIE to join our team. MainÂtasks: Financial statements analysis linked to investment opportunities Development of Excel models for credit analysis and business plans Preparation of the documentation required for investment processes and execution of operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in one of the following areas: Transaction Services in consultancy companies M&A at financial boutiques Management of alternative investment funds
• Aptitude forÂfinancial modelling, analysis and evaluation
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• English: Fluent (mandatory)

• Italian - a plus
