The Quality & Performance Improvement Manager leads the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and performance outcomes across all RCM functions – including but not limited to, Benefit Verification, Cash Posting, Denials and AR Management. This role ensures process standardization, compliance with payor requirements, and achievement of key operational metrics (e.g. DSO, denial rate, and QA accuracy). Supervising a team of RCM auditing coordinators, this role will lead the design, execution, and ongoing refinement of quality assurance, audit, and performance improvement programs across all revenue cycle functions. Working cross-functionally with Analytics and Training teams, this leader drives a data-driven quality culture that promotes accountability, transparency, and sustainable performance improvement.
