The Quality Improvement and Compliance Network plays a vital role in ensuring North Range Behavioral Health delivers safe, effective, and high quality care to communities we serve. This team supports both the operational and clinical sides of our organization, helping turn data, standards, and processes into meaningful improvements in real people’s lives. In this role, you’ll use independent judgement, critical thinking, and collaboration to support quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts across the organization. Your work will help maintain and monitor quality improvement systems and clinical documentation standards, while identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting change as needed. You’ll assist with project-based work, analyze data and reports, and share what outcomes with oversight bodies, ensuring our services consistently meet both regulatory expectations and our own high standards of care. Quality Improvement is foundational to how North Range Behavioral Health evaluates and strengthens behavioral health services. Our philosophy is rooted in partnership, transparency, and a user-friendly approach to quality – one that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and sustainable, system-level change rather than punitive oversight. The impact of this work is far-reaching. By supporting quality and compliance efforts, you help ensure our clients have access to services that are safe, effective, efficient, and person-centered, ultimately improving the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and families throughout our community.
